We've had a short recovery time from the fantastic end to the Challenger Cup. Fantastique and CycloneGG qualified into the EU SPL for the Fall Split, and Envy and Randozos rejoined the SPL in North America, but that doesn't mean your time is over. The Fall Challenger Cup will have a lot to play for, including a LAN at Hi-Rez Studios , a place in the Gauntlet to battle against the SPL teams, and your very own path to the SMITE World Championship 2017. This is not a split you want to miss!

We've been through thick and thin, seen The Moves picking the wrong Xing Tian skin (Looking at your LEGIQN), and even had a couple of competitive bans, but this Challenger Cup is now over, with most of us looking into what's next, and seeing the tantalizing taste of the Gauntlet, announced by Hirez in their MID-SEASON update post. But let's have a look back, and find out how our Relegations teams got where they were.

As of 5.35pm CEST today (15th July 2016) we have confirmed with the players of Forsaken_pro that they have left the roster and will be reforming under a new team, but have given up their Challenger Cup spot to do so. Since this has occurred there will be a few alterations to the lineup for tomorrow.

We're down to the wire now, 4 teams per region, and only two will get a spot in Relegations, plus a large part of the $5,000 prize pool, so all of these teams are going to be playing their best. Not to mention this week is very special, as it'll be broadcasted on TWITCH.TV/HIREZTV at 4.30pm CEST (10.30am Eastern) on Saturday for Europe, and 12.30pm Eastern on Sunday for North America, with casting provided from Hirez. So who are the teams we'll be seeing this weekend? Well this is the right place for you.

Hey everyone, it's been a fast split, and we've already flown passed Week 5, and heading into the next week with potentially a whole new meta after yesterday's patch. This could potentially shake things up in the group stage, but first, let's find out what happened last week.
